Confirmation of Booking

  1. To confirm a booking a deposit the full payment is required.
  2. The payment can be made via PayPal or with a direct payment to our account.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  2. Any cancellation made before 14 days in advance are free of charges.
  3. Cancellations made before 14 days, we refund the full payment.
  4. Cancellations made in the 14 days before the event/activity (course start, diving tour start, any other tour start), we charge the full amount and is not refundable.
  5. In the event of non-attendance on the day of discharge, the payment is not refundable.
  6. In case of non-discharge rate or boat trip (for example Due to weather conditions or other unforeseeable events), subject to the payment costs will be refund, if a repeat or re-execution of the event can not take place.
  7. The only reason we refund any payment, if You show us a medical certificate, that You are not able to do the event/activity You booked.
